Sentimos m\u00e1s serenidad y sabemos que <strong>nuestro bienestar depende de la continuidad de la pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong> y por eso nos hacemos el prop\u00f3sito de continuar.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">La curiosidad y la novedad nos ayudan a mantener el compromiso durante un tiempo pero a medida que pasan las semanas encontramos excusas para no sentarse a meditar y <strong>nuestra determinaci\u00f3n va decayendo y se va disolviendo en las obligaciones<\/strong> y preocupaciones.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">La cotidianidad va ocupando los fr\u00e1giles espacios meditativos que hab\u00edamos creado y \u00e9stos acaban siendo sustituidos por actividades menos sustentadoras y m\u00e1s estresantes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Es posible que frecuentemente te digas: \u201c \u2026ma\u00f1ana empiezo!\u201d pero el pensamiento no se convierte en realidad tangible.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>No te desanimes: Estas dificultades forman parte del camino y son habituales.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Si todav\u00eda sientes el impulso de meditar pero no encuentras c\u00f3mo reengancharte, puede
