href=\"https:\/\/www.mindfulness-salud.org\/cursos\/programa-de-reduccion-de-estres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programa de Reducci\u00f3n de Estr\u00e9s basado en Mindfulness (MBSR)<\/a>, creado por Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (Universidad Massachusetts).<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n contiene elementos claves de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mbct.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terapia Cognitiva Basada en Mindfulness<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0( MBCT) por M. Williams, J. Teasdale and Z.
