Vidyamala es la creadora del programa Mindfulness para la Salud a partir de su propia experiencia<\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4974198\" data-id=\"4974198\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8816ecb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8816ecb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hace m\u00e1s de <strong>28 a\u00f1os que me dedico a la ense\u00f1anza, de los cuales 25 a\u00f1os en el \u00e1mbito universitario<\/strong> dentro del Grado de Fisioterapia, pero me considero una alumna en todo lo que hago y me encanta seguir aprendiendo.<\/p><p>Al margen de la docencia, mis pasiones son la danza y la naturaleza, que me ense\u00f1an a vivir de una forma m\u00e1s libre y sencilla.<\/p><p>Mi actividad laboral est\u00e1 dedicada a la<strong> prevenci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de la salud a trav\u00e9s de aprendizajes muy vivenciales y pr\u00e1cticos.<\/strong> Ofrezco acompa\u00f1amiento individual y grupal, para la reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s, compartiendo recursos educativos que incrementan el bienestar f\u00edsico y mental.<\/p><p>Me he formado en una gran variedad de disciplinas corporales y con el tiempo he descubierto que el trabajo corporal es importante pero no suficiente. Es necesario <strong>reducir la actividad mental para que cuerpo y mente se armonicen en una sinergia que proporciona salud integral.<\/strong><\/p><p>A lo largo de los a\u00f1os me he ido especializando en las<strong> t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n y en el <em>mindfulness<\/em> dirigido a la salud y la gesti\u00f3n del dolor cr\u00f3nico<\/strong>.
